Secure Desktop and Secure Portal and Banner Disruption
Employees are experiencing issues accessing Secure Desktop and Secure Portal. Banner access is also intermittent. There is a disruption to underlying cloud infrastructure, and vendor is currently addressing. Issue started around 10AM, and no ETA to complete recovery.
Employees are able to access Secure Desktop and Secure Portal but subject to change. Cloud infrastructure is still pending full recovery.
