Secure Desktop and Secure Portal and Banner Disruption

Employees are experiencing issues accessing Secure Desktop and Secure Portal. Banner access is also intermittent. There is a disruption to underlying cloud infrastructure, and vendor is currently addressing. Issue started around 10AM, and no ETA to complete recovery.

  • Employees are able to access Secure Desktop and Secure Portal but subject to change. Cloud infrastructure is still pending full recovery.
