A system problem is preventing access to Banner. This is under investigation. --RESOLVED as of 9:21am

System upgrades are scheduled for Sunday June 11 from 5am through 8am PDT. The following systems will be unavailable during this maintenance period: Banner/Self-Service, DegreeWorks, WorkFlow and Registration Planner. All other systems, including Canvas, student email and staff email will not be affected and will remain online.

There is currently a delay in the portal user account creation/update process. If you cannot access the portal or don't see the expected information, please try again later this afternoon. * * resolved as of 12:10pm PDT

Some users are experiencing problems with multiple Microsoft 365 services including Outlook and Teams. Microsoft support is looking into this.
