There is an ongoing outage with OnBase Faculty and Student Forms.

System upgrades are scheduled for Sun Oct 12 from 2:00am through 5:00pm PDT. The following systems will be unavailable during this maintenance period: Banner/Self-Service, DegreeWorks, WorkFlow & Registration Planner. All other systems, including Canvas & student/staff email will not be affected and will remain online.
